The right person in the right place.

AS Profiling helps you to secure personnel decisions and avoid bad placements. We use the online-based Profile XT as our primary analytics tool.

Using this tool, it is possible to identify and analyze the strengths and development potentials of new recruits as well as existing employees. We then augment these results by conducting personal interviews that broaden and enhance our impression of the individual and recommend individually tailored development measures.
