Dialogue- and Participatory Processes are ways to resolve a conflict, to strengthen mutual ties and to uncover unuttered expectations. We make use of such dialogue formats in various situations, to allow the respective work teams or stakeholder groups to speak up and be heard. An open-minded style of conversation and transparent access to relevant information are keys to success in this regard. All participants should feel on a par.
